GRADE 1-A : SHIROMANI BESAN
Shiromani Besan: SHIROMANI – A gem on the top of the King’s Crown and nothing is beyond it. [ बहुत मान्य; सर्वश्रेष्ठ ] Manmohan Besan presents “Shiromani Besan” to all of you. It is the EXTRA FINE BESAN (Grade 1-A), and is the most promising quality of all, just like it’s meaning – Nothing Beyond It!
It is used for making Farsans like – Khamman, Fafda, Gaathiya, Khandvi, Papdi and Sweets like Soanpapdi.
2. GRADE 1-B: M2B BESAN
M2B Besan – Extra Fine Besan (Grade 1-B) – Manmohan Besan presents the most Famous and Popular Besan, used by majority of the Farsan Houses of Gujarat.

Mantra Besan – It is Fine Besan (Grade 3), exclusively used in Namkeen Plants.
